“We love our windows! The sales guy came out and did the whole spiel about the windows and then gave us a quote, he was very nice. We ended up booking and had a guy call us the following Monday about setting up a day to get measurements. Measurements were done in that same week! They make your windows to the size, not a guesstimate or a “close enough” situation. Took about 6 weeks to make the windows. They called us when the windows were ready and the installers were there the next week putting them in! Installers were very nice and professional, cleaned up everything. It took them a day and a half and the windows were complete! My husband is very nit-picky and will look over every inch of something. He was very pleased! We have a 2 level home and you can definitely feel the temperature difference in the upstairs rooms.”
