Ted C. was very straight forward, he answered all of our questions. The Ted C. he is the sweetest man ever. Just when I thought LEI could not top Amanda & Ted they proved me wrong. On installation day the Crew showed up on time introduced theirselves and got straigh to work. Seriously there was 1 or 2 guys in each room working hard. The had removed & installed 7windows(one being a 3pc. bay & a double window) & replaced 3 sashes in less than 3hours including clean up.
